NURS 215 Pharmacology

This course is designed to provide learners with an understanding of the principles of pharmacology including pharmacokinetics and pharma-dynamics and their relations to medicine and nursing. The course also aids in the understanding of the actions of various drugs and the relationship to their mechanisms and actions to their therapeutic uses and possible side effects. It prepares the learner to perform the role and responsibilities in applying pharmacology to nursing care.
