NURS 214 Practicum II
This course ensures the students will acquire the knowledge and skills to care for the adult along with the health-illness continuum in the practice setting. Students will under supervision care for a variety of medical and surgical patients in a hospital. The theory learned will be put into practice as students continue to understand the art and science of nursing. Students will build on nursing theories and models of care which will guide them in gaining the knowledge and skills in using the nursing process as a problem-solving tool and formulating care for the patient.
