Tyson Charles is a results-oriented Assistant Instructional Designer at St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine, who played a key role in the successful launch of the school’s new curriculum in 2024. Tyson earned his BSc in Information Technology at St. George’s University and later his MSc from the University of Derby. His career at St. George’s began in 2016 as an Assistant Coordinator, progressing to Examination Support Training Specialist within the Office of Institutional Advancement. As an Examination Support Training Specialist II, he successfully managed all aspects of departmental training across all schools, supervision of examination processes, and the oversight of proctors. His contributions extended to the development of examination protocols and the facilitation of faculty evaluations, underscoring his commitment to fostering a supportive and high-performing learning environment. His experience encompasses the full lifecycle of instructional design, from needs assessment and content development to implementation and evaluation. Tyson is dedicated to enhancing the learning experience through effective, well-structured instructional solutions.
