Peter Laudicina

Vice President, Strategic Initiatives

As the Vice President for Strategic Initiatives, Peter Laudicina is responsible for working with the President/CEO, other members of SGU’s Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors to define, develop, and drive strategic initiatives across the University. He joined SGU in 2011, when he worked with SGU’s General Counsel and Chief Information Officer to initiate and run its Office of Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

Before joining SGU, Mr. Laudicina had nearly a decade of experience running his own consulting company and working for CA Technologies, one of the largest independent software corporations in the world. Mr. Laudicina worked in many different roles at CA, including as Chief of Staff for the Security Business Unit, Senior Product Manager for multiple information security products, running an international team of project managers, and managing operations for two worldwide information security product lines.

Mr. Laudicina graduated from James Madison University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Computer Information Systems and Operations Management. He also received a Master of Business Administration from Dowling College, majoring in Corporate Finance.
